  Submit this form for gifts that exceed a value of $500, which are intended for:
• Special projects such as improvements to existing District facilities
• Construction of new facilities
• Support for a particular school program or school activity
Requests will be reviewed and approved by the Superintendent, and presented to the Board of Education for consideration.
Review and approval must occur prior to beginning fundraising activities.

Option #1. You may submit a written request that answers the following question and upload your document below:
1. The scope and nature of the intended special project;
2. Potential costs to the District associated with the project (current and future);
3. Implications for the District’s overall instructional, athletic, and/or extra-curricular programs and/or facilities;
4. Legal obligations associated with the project such as SED approval and compliance with applicable laws and regulations including the Education, Local Finance, and General municipal laws and Commissioner’s regulations;
5. Other factors as appropriate, specific to the project.
