We believe an aesthetic education is imperative to providing students with a complete basic education. To ignore the importance of an aesthetic education is to deny students the ability to explore the world around them in unique ways and deny them the tools to help understand their emotional connection to it.

Music education is essential because it is a universal and individual expression of ideas and emotions. Through the study of music and musical concepts, students are exposed to a means of expression that is both universal in its concepts of structure and form and singularly unique in its conveyance of the reflection of life and emotion through sound.

We believe a complete music education as a vital element in providing a total educational experience for all students. We strive to create competent, thoughtful and independent student musicians that will continue to have a lifelong relationship with and in music.
